What’s changing?

The Dispatch app on the nurse station iPads, and manager phones now has a new “unit status” section that helps unit leadership manage compliance with Dispatch.

Key points:

• You can see staff who aren’t signed in
• You can see beds with offline tablets, beds with low battery, suspended tablets etc
• You can notify appropriate staff by tapping on the room

Target audience: unit secretary / PSS staff, charge RNs.

Talking points

• Check the unit status from the charge phone / RN station iPad to keep tabs on Dispatch
• Remind staff who aren’t signed in to sign in
