We’re updating what details the hub tablet displays when a staff member marks themselves unavailable to help the PSS/Unit Secretary more easily find another staff member to cover the request.

What’s changing?

When a staff member marks themselves unavailable after receiving a request, the room card on the hub tablet will turn gold and show the PSS/unit secretary who is unavailable by displaying their initials (if they are signed in by name).

Additionally, the current call history section will be shown below the room status and include when the request was created and a log of the messages that have been dispatched since.

Huddle Card

Dispatch just got an update to make things easier for the PSS/Unit Secretary when a staff member can’t take a request.

Now, if you mark yourself unavailable after getting a request you can’t help with, the room tile on the hub will turn gold and show your initials. This helps the PSS/Unit Secretary quickly see what’s going on and find someone else to cover.
