Most shifts, your device will already be signed into the correct unit. If you accidentally switch department or pick up a phone that doesn’t have a department selected, follow the easy steps below.

Step 1: Open up the Dispatch App and Select “Scan Department QR Code”

Step 2: Scan your unit’s QR code

You can scan the QR code from the hub tablet:
