Most shifts, your device will already be signed in to the correct department. If you accidentally switch department or pick up a phone that doesn’t have a department selected, follow the easy steps below.

Step 1: Open up the Dispatch App and Select “Scan Department QR Code”

Step 2: Scan the QR code from the corner of the information poster located on your department
