<aside> 👋

Staff can now make multiple requests on behalf of a patient using either the hub tablet or a staff iPhone! Staff can cluster care and arrive in patients’ rooms prepared with the equipment/materials to address multiple needs.

What’s Changing?

Staff can make multiple Dispatch requests on behalf of a patient at once. To accommodate having more than one open request at a time, some of the icons and buttons on the staff app have changed.

Summary of Changes

  1. Make a request by tapping the blue bell icon on the top right of the room details. You can now add multiple requests.
  2. Room cards now have three sections under which Dispatch requests will appear, each indicating a different status.
  3. Staff can acknowledge and mark complete multiple requests simultaneously by using the “Respond” button at the bottom of a given section. Alternatively, they can address just one request at a time by clicking on just the tab for the individual request.
