<aside> 👋

We’re making it easier to reassign the correct room number to patient tablets when they get accidentally swapped to other rooms without having to physically move the tablets or go into the rooms to scan the appropriate QR codes.

What’s changing?

There is a new “Move Tablet” option available when clicking on a room card on the staff app and navigating to settings (gear icon on the bottom right corner of the screen). If a patient tablet is in the incorrect room, you can remotely swap it with the tablet that is supposed to be signed into that physical room.
