Sometimes as a charge RN you’ll also need to cover some rooms. You can set your Dispatch app to monitor all alerts for specific rooms (the rooms you are covering) while continuing to receive the Unit Manager / Charge RN escalations for the unit at-large.

Follow these steps to indicate which rooms you would like to receive all alerts from while in the Unit Manager / Charge RN role:

1. Sign into the Dispatch app and select the “Unit Manager / Charge RN” role
2. Select the option to be notified about “Specific Rooms”
3. Select the rooms you are covering from the list of all rooms on the unit
4. You can now navigate between three different views by clicking the options at the top:
   1. “My Rooms” shows you the rooms you are covering
   2. “All Rooms” shows you and overview of the unit
   3. “Unit Status” lists staff who are signed out and rooms where the
